Dyann has been grooming dogs and cats since 1991. She is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Business Administration. Dyann knew she wanted to own and operate her own grooming shop since she was in high school. While attending LMU, she began working under a groomer in Los Angeles, CA, who had been in the pet industry for over 30 years. This is where she learned all of her grooming, clipping and styling techniques. To keep abreast of all the new grooming styles and state of the art equipment, Dyann attends pet industry/grooming trade shows on the mainland once or twice a year. Keeping Doggone Groomers on top of the ever changing grooming industry. Dyann is also the mother of a Miniature Australian Shepherd named "Cocoa", three Australian Shepherds named "Nike", "Dillan" and "Justin" and a Tibetan Spaniel named, "Sky".
Diane is our receptionist in Kaneohe. She had been a client of ours and would bring Jewel, her Shih Tzu, in for a day of pampering. Diane was interested in the grooming business and would periodically ask if we needed extra help or if we were thinking about hiring a new person. The day finally came when we were actually looking for a new addition to our staff, we asked Diane if she were interested, and the rest is history. Her love for all creatures, great and small, resonates throughout the room. When you come into the shop, and you hear someone talking to the animals, you can be sure that it's Diane's voice encouraging and praising them for being so well-behaved.

Gwen is the manager of the Pearl City shop. She oversees all the operations to make sure everything runs smoothly and your pet is well taken care of. If you have questions on any products or services for your pet, Gwen is sure to have the answer. She is the mother of Tristan, an Australian Shepherd.
Krystle has work at our shop since 2004 and has gone from our entry level position to working towards becoming an all-breed groomer! Whether a pet is well-behaved or naughty, Krystle's handling of each animal is great. Since she has a lot of patience with each pet, if they seem a little weary, she gently eases them into the grooming process. Pets seem to realize her love for animals and learn to trust her. She is a great addition to our grooming team. Krystle's household consist of Chihuahuas, Pittbulls, English Bulldog, Silky Terrier, Shelties, and...a horse!!
Molly has also worked with us since 2004, and is currently training to clip and style different coats. Because her husband is in the Navy, she will be with us for a short period of time. During the time she has worked at our shop, she has learned many important grooming techniques and has a very promising future in the grooming industry. Even though she will be with us for a limited amount of time, she continues to show much dedication and love for each pet that comes into the shop. Molly has a great affection for animals and is the mother of two dogs, "Dakota" a Great Dane mix that she rescued in Hawai'i and "Ne-Hi" a Blue Heeler/Border Collie mix.
Kui is one of our newest members. He joined our grooming team in late 2005 and helps us with the "muscle" part of this job along with many other things! He has a lot of patience and love for the animals and the animals have come to love him as well. He is learning different skills necessary in a grooming business and is excelling in each area of grooming. Kui calls Pittbulls his pals at home along with cats too!
